Fair
The rate we deliver clients depends on a handful of different factors. Our current rates reflect the various costs involved in each repair and the marginal profits which often do not exceed 10% over the cost of doing business. We maintain high standards and ensure that our company continues to be fair and competitive in the marketplace. As a further example of how we operate, our company-wide profit stood at just 5% last year. Our goal has always been to provide superior customer care and service at a reasonable price. To give our customers the very best in appliance repair we offer military, senior, civil servant, and a variety of other monthly discounts and coupons. Contact us today to learn more about these programs and reductions. Along with these discounts, we will also match any similar local discounts from our competitors.
With all the horror stories about fraudulent service workers these days, we want to give you every reason to trust Action Appliance Repair with all your appliance repair needs. With every in-home service call, our technicians will diagnose the problem, explain the reason for the needed repair, and let you know if you should replace or repair your broken appliance. All flat-rate pricing is taken straight from the Major Appliance Service National Price Guide (MASPG), the “blue book” of the appliance industry, so you can rest easy.
Because every repair is unique, we worked hard to make sure our pricing model is fair and transparent. Not only do we use the MASPG, the “blue book” of the appliance industry, but only after we diagnose your appliance, will you get a quote. This ensures there’s no surprises!
As our way of giving back to the community, we honor all Seniors, Military and Public Servants. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and sacrifice for our community.
We partner with our customers on every repair.
If we fix an appliance and it breaks down again during our ninety day warranty period, we’ll return for free and determine the cause of the problem. If the breakdown has anything to do with the original repair, we’ll fix it for free!
If the machine has another problem, we’ll treat the repair as if we had diagnosed both problems at the same time and price it accordingly. You pay the same amount had we made the complete diagnosis on the first trip to your house.
If the machine is not worth spending any additional money on, we’ll give you back the original repair cost, less the regular service charge.
You can’t lose.

My Dad, Dave, started Action Appliance Repair way back in 1961. Then it was called Dave’s Appliance Repair. When I was just a kid, I’d ride along and hand him tools. Today, I’m lucky to say I inherited his mechanical ability and his love for pleasing customers. Although we’ve come along way in the last 50 years, we still cling to the simple values of hard work and treating our customers the way we want to be treated. Give us a call, you’ll see!
At Action Appliance, we’re a bit old-fashioned. Just because an automated answering service can save us a couple bucks, doesn’t mean it’s what’s best for our customers. Because a great first impression and customer experience is what really matters, our friendly staff is ready to answer your service call LIVE.
To be in business since 1961 says a lot. But the thousands of happy customers, year in and year out, speaks even louder. At Action Appliance Repair, we’ve built our business, and our reputation, on remarkable customer service. Not only do we do our best to get your business, but we do our best to keep your business. And that means following up after every job to ensure your 100% satisfied with the work we performed. Click here to see what some of our thousands of happy customers had to say…

Extra
It was true 50 years ago, and it’s still true today. At Action Appliance Repair, we treat our customers like family, and make sure you’re 100% satisfied. Then we over-deliver to make sure you’re 100% satisfied!
We take every opportunity to acknowledge, discuss, and resolve anything that may distress you. We believe in a win-win resolution. While no one is perfect, we take every situation seriously and understand that everyone is right from their own perspective.
With more 10,000 house calls each year, there are a lot of opportunities to miss the mark. Although we do have an occasional mishap, to maintain an A-Rating with the BBB all these years speaks volumes about how we handle those situations and how we always put our customers first.
Home is where the heart is. And with every job, our mission is to leave your home better than we found it. As a common courtesy, our technicians carry shoe covers and will happily wear them for every job.
Appliances usually break down in threes! While other companies will charge you for each additional appliance check-up, even though they’re already at your home, we offer discounts on additional appliance diagnoses and maintenance services.
